Vassilios E. Koutsioris

General Director of DEPAN

Vassilios Koutsioris was born in 1976 in Athens, studied Civil Engineering at the University of Hertfordshire and continued his studies at the City University of London where he obtained his Master's degree.

He is currently General Director of the Network of Greek Cities for Development, which aims to support Local Authorities in the implementation of their development projects and actions.

For the last 10 years he has been working on Local Government and Regional Development issues. He has been an external consultant in Local Authorities and has been a Special Advisor to the Municipality of Levades during the period 2011 - 2013.

In the past he worked in management positions in both Technical Companies and Consulting Companies. He has considerable experience in combining all available means to achieve the intended objectives of the business in question.
