Started the operation of the structure entitled Act “Community Center of the Municipality of Amphipolis” funded by the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme “Region of Central Macedonia 2014-2020” with Beneficiary the Network of Greek towns for the development (D.E.P.AN. – NETWORK OF CITIES) and Main Act (Project) the Municipal Social Enterprise of the Municipality of Amphipolis (DI.K.E.E.D.A.)
The Act aims to support population groups affected or threatened by poverty and social exclusion through a network of social services in the Municipality of Amphipolis. In particular, it aims to create and operate a structure called “Community Centre”. The central structure of the Community Centre will be located in the residential / urban tissue of the Municipality, has the necessary logistical equipment and the space is accessible to people with disabilities and is located near public transport to be easily accessible to all citizens.
The “Community Centre” will be active in the following areas:
– Reception – Information – Support for citizens
– Cooperation with Services and Structures
– Provision of services aimed at improving the standard of living and ensuring the social integration of the beneficiaries
Beneficiaries of the operation, in accordance with Article 3 of the CBA no. D23/OIC. 14435-1135/29.03.2016, are:
“Citizens living in the area of intervention of the “Community Centres”, and as a priority individuals and families living in conditions of poverty and social exclusion, children experiencing situations of exclusion, beneficiaries of the “Minimum Guaranteed Income” Programme, as well as migrants, people with disabilities and vulnerable population groups in general, as described in the “National Strategic Framework for Social Inclusion”.
The duration of the Physical Object is from 01/04/2019 to 30/09/2023 (54 months).
The Total Public Cost is 168.480,00 €
